By registering for this event you (the participant/guest) are aware that entering and participating in this event is entirely at your own risk. By entering online you (the participant) are immediately agreeing to this disclaimer as follows:

CHC Helicopters and Aberdeen International Airport and/or their agents will not be held responsible or liable for physical, psychological or financial loss, damage, action, cost, expense, claim, injury, illness and, in worse-case scenario, death suffered or incurred by you (the participant) or your guest, which may arise as a result of your participation in this event.
You (the participant or guest) assume full and complete responsibility for the above at all times, including during travel to and from the event or during any period after the event.

By registering to run you (the participant or guest) confirm that you are physically and psychologically fit to participate.
You (the participant or guest) agree that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing and confirm that you will only take part if fit and well enough to do so.

The decision to run or spectate is entirely left to the participant’s discretion and you run or spectate at your own risk. CHC Helicopter and Aberdeen International Airport and/or their agents accept no liability.
You (the participant/guest) understand and accept that running this event will require physical exertion both running and spectating will be subject to environmental conditions. You are responsible for your own safety and comfort.
You (the participant/guest) accept that CHC Helicopter and Aberdeen International Airport and/or their agents are not responsible for the security of any personal belongings you bring with you on the day of the event. You (the participant) also accept responsibility for any vehicle, including its contents, parked at the event and so park at your own risk. As you will be allowed access to the runway, please ensure you are aware of prohibited items for airside. No risk will be accepted for personal items left at security.
You (the participant or guest) will follow all safety rules and instructions given by marshals at the event.
You (the participant or guest) agree, and are happy, to be photographed by CHC Helicopter and Aberdeen International Airport and/or their agents or by any 3rd party during the event and for these images to be used by us for promotional purposes at any time in the future.
Under 16’s – The minimum age to participate in this event is 12 years old, but to enter they must be accompanied on the run by a responsible adult (aged 18+) who is also participating.
Adults with additional needs – Adults with additional needs should be accompanied by a supporter (aged 18+). Entries will be accepted from those reliant on wheeled mobility on this occasion, but the organisers must be informed the online registration point.
Spectators are limited in number and will require to be registered prior to the event using the spectator registration page. Children will not be accepted as spectators unless they are registered and accompanied by a registered, spectating adult.

Access to the runway is limited to those invited and approved by the race organisers. We retain the right to deny access to the run event, including airside spaces, CHC buildings and cars park.
Cancellation of the event
CHC Helicopter and Aberdeen International Airport and/or their agents reserve the right at their discretion to cancel, delay or postpone the event due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances including adverse weather conditions, Force Majeure and/or on the advice of Emergency Services. You (the participant) have read, understood and accept this and where an event has to be cancelled because of this CHC Helicopter Limited and Aberdeen International Airport Limited and/or their agents will not be liable for any inconvenience, expenses, costs, losses or damages suffered by participants. Each participant is reminded that this event takes place on a runway and which may be required in the event of an emergency which could lead to delay, postpone or even cancellation of the event upto and even during the event itself.
